Hello, I’m Allan Cockerill.

I’m the writer/publisher of Explore Katoomba, and have spent a lot of time exploring the Blue Mountains area, and have had a fascination with the mountains since boy hood.

My love for the area grew as I conducted tours for student groups over the years.

As I now work as a writer and copywriter, it’s a natural progression for me to write about the mountains!

I also publish Coffee With Allan, a blog that covers a range of interests.

As a result you will find everything there from movie reviews to family articles, social media stories and more!

Enjoying the challenge of writing has also led me to publishing articles for others at Freelance-Articles.com.

With over 8,000 authors, and more than 100,000 articles published, Freelance Articles has been a real success story for me, and consistently rates well in search engine listings.

I am a Co-Founder of Share2Grow, a network of social media websites and blogs that is set to change the way people think about social media online.

Social media, or social networking, is a great way of letting people know about different areas and attractions.

As a matter of fact, I am hosting friends from Canada in Katoomba and Bathurst over the Australia day weekend. Our initial contact was made via social media giant Facebook!
